Has tear inside front and back covers and about a 1 inch one, top of page 1. Heavy yellowing throughout due to age. Binding is loose. Has some water damage see last picture. Has 6 folded pages and bug hole damage 2nd to the last page. See pictures. Musty smell. My book collection is stored indoors. I recently purchase this book cause it's a classic. So as found.
