SURECHECK RX-100 This portable wonder about a foot long an 5 inches wide uses the cigarette lighter of your aircraft for electrical source and plugs into the aircraft phone system, when she talks, only the pilots and not the controllers can hear her via your headset, warning you of upcoming or passing aircraft within 10 miles of your aircraft!!( it also has different adjustable mile range!) Via a female voice and sounds! This is a must and very very hard to find instrument in the general aviation world, it works just like the TCAS in bigger airplanes by finding the signal of other traffic transponder system and warns you of their presence near you! As a CFII this item was precious to me since my student was under the hood and I needed to look inside to the panel to correct the student and outside for traffic this is pure gold!! Only one ON EBAY is used with scratches, the cover of the 5 AA batteries ( as is also battery powered ) is a little warped, but in perfect working order comes with the audio cables and its own antennae it also has some glue residue on the bottom where I place some Velcro to fix it in the top of the panel and even so One lucky pilot should waste no time in getting this item as we know
