Tinkle Toy company toy Rattle  new in package, old stock.  Also a  Napco Ware Ceramic square toy block shaped baby room Planter. A nice item for a Baby Gift. Condition is Used but the toy is new old stock in package. The planter can be used for plants or for misc items in a nursery or baby room.  4 1/4 inch tall and just under 4 inches wide. Blue and white striping around the edges and in the centers are a grey elephant, yellow giraffe, Pink bear, and a blue lamb. .Napco ware items tended to be 1950 s to early 60s era.  Japan import.  See pictures and email question.  no chips or cracks, a bit of rub mark darkening on the dry finish edge of the bottom probably from sliding on a table.
